It is a male P. omaha.

In P. serina FW spot 4 is 2x spot 5.
In P. juno spot 8 (costal) is vestigial or obsolete.
In P trachala spots 4 & 5 are detached & margins of FW spots strongly concaved.
In P. confucius the FW band is continuous in appearance without the veins darkened.

The difficulty can be separating omaha from mingo & ganda on the upperside alone.

The veins on the HW band in omaha are darkened but variable.
    Typical omaha male.

    Other examples.

In P. ganda & P. mingo the HW veins across the band are not darkened (or only vaguely).
    P. ganda

    P. mingo.
