    Default A couple of Adelidae

I do like the Adelidae. They are so small yet their patterns are so intricate. Here are a couple from today, no idea on ids.

The first may be the same as that shown by Antonio from KP in December last year, but the markings are more extensive.

The second is new to me, not a great photo, I'm afraid.

If any visitor sees this and knows someone who can help with ids...........help!!! (please )

Looks like an interesting family and one that is not familiar to me. I like the pattern and colour of these moths. What is the size? They seem to be quite small.

    Regards,
I can only go on the 3 species I have found. They are tiny. The largest I've seen would have had a Forewing length of approx 8mm. The top one here, no more than 5mm.
