It is typical J. celeno except in size.
J. pura is actually a brighter, clearer blue on the upperside as stated in the text of C&P4, but In Thailand it is called the White Caerulean.
This seems to be carried over when pura was considered a ssp. of J. cleodus, ie J. cleodus pura, the White Caerulean.
