    This BF stands out amongst the Blue Glassy Tiger.

    Could this be an abbrerated Female Euploea mulciber mulciber ( The Striped Blue Crow )??

    The forewing marking looks weird!

    Yes. Only the forewing cell streak is unsual.

    The spots and streaks of Danainae can be quite variable. If we put many shots of the various species together, it will demonstrate that.

    The forewing streaks of this particular female Striped Blue Crow is quite unique as to make it look different at a glance.
