    This guy has a brand on the upperside, so it cannot be a Cephrenes sp. Looks to me one of the Telicota spp.

    It is a male Telicota besta.

    The brand or stigma is bowed(curved) & placed at the inner margin of the black fascia.
    The base of space 2 is orange.
    These two features provide the ID.

    The underside veins are not darkened. This is a surprise as the veins may be lightly darkened.
