To start the thread, here are the Sphingidae I came across. If anyone has other Hawkmoths, please advise, before I send my list to Ian Kitching in London.
1) Ambulyx canescens
2) Ambulyx moorei
3) Ambulyx substrigilis (note that this is the usual form, not f. cana as shown from Danum Valley last year)
4) Daphnusa ocellaris
5) Theretra latreillii
6) Smerinthulus quadripunctatus cottoni - CORRECTION, newly described species, Smerinthulus laurae (Brechlin 2014)

Also, LC, here is ID for #1. Glyphodes caesalis (Crambidae). I did not think I would find this, but I had actually managed photos of this before here on Samui, and found its ID.
Here is another Eudocima species, again, according to Holloway, not found very often, Eudocima discrepens. The two silver forewing marks, and green patches are distinctive of the male of the species.
