Default Cambodian Butterflies - Nymphalidae - Satyrinae

I have already posted a link to my full checklist but I thought I would make it easier for people by actually posting some pictures. For now, I am only including those that do not appear in the main checklist. Some of the pictures are poor but I have included them, anyway. All the pictures are small but I have bigger versions of most, if anyone wants one.

    Nymphalidae

    Satyrinae

    Lethe mekara (Common Red Forester)

    Melanitis zitenius (Great Evening Brown)

Mycalesis anaxias (White-bar Bushbrown) - Dry Season Form

    Mycalesis mnasicles (Cyclops Bushbrown)

    Hi Gee,

I think you have your two Lethe photos wrong. I believe you have male and female of your local subspecies of Lethe mekara.

    Hi Les,

I will have to take your word for it. I can find very few images of Lethe mekara on the web. Stupid question: which is which?

    Thanks for all your help!

The female has the uneven white bar on the forewing.
