The antenna is orangetipped & with a white spot; the abdomen is strongly banded with a black end.
These combination of characters indicate it is one of the Halpe species.
Isma antenna have white spot but no orange.
Pithauria is similar but the abdomen is lightly banded & antenna lack a white dot.

The Halpe species whose antenna has an orange tip & white dot are the zema group, all with a white band & H. insignis & sikkima.
Species recorded in the past in Singapore H. ormenes & elana (yellow band) & H. insignis.
Halpe insignis is heavily marked with white & even in a worn specimen would be noticeable.

This leaves the only possibility that it is a worn Halpe sikkima.
