Heheee... now I 'famous' for Cycad Blue. That's surely a Cycad Blue.
All the 6 legs and 2 antennae are accounted for. I believe those r the 2 'horns' in front of its head, which u can see from the attached below:

There r two 'horns'. Here r some pics of Cycad Blue from diff angles. Not very sharp though, but can clearly see two 'horns'.
