Yes. It should be Baoris oceia.
Both species have a hair tuft in the male.
Colouration may not be an accurate guide.
Baoris; Generally darker, FW outer margin sinuous, the lower part slightly concave.
FW spots tend to be reduced in nos. ie subapical spot 1, upper cellspot often absent.

Baoris farri; In India & S. China, B. oceia is absent & so B. farri is more reliably IDed.
Male often have a full complement of spots (Perhaps not in Singapore).
Generally lighter brown.
FW outer margin straight or slightly convex.
