Hi,
I shot this quite sometime ago in Pulau Ubin. I believe this is a moth. Hope to get the ID for this. Very beautiful but not captured by me nicely.

Hi, there's plenty of these in ponggol east. Initially thought it was a 'new' white butterfly when I saw it flying :bsmile:
ID dunno, but the moth experts can help later.

Believe it is the Utetheisa lotrix though yours might be a faded copy.
Plenty of these on the Butterfly Hill at Pulau Ubin and lately they have crossed the straits and now populate the grassland at Punggol area.

Thanks for ID. I was looking through the id as well. but the colors appear different. so the colors will fade?
Anyway, I got this on a hill in Pulau Ubin (undergoing construction) the last time but lots of butterfly. So I guess thats butterfly hill? Its pretty near to the jetty though, after the shop houses, reach a slope or hill, climb up and there is a pavilion shelter right smack on top. =) Is that the butterfly hill?

Yap that is Butterfly Hill in Pulau Ubin and the layout and selection of plants for the hill was by none other than Khew (Commander).

I was at Sentosa Butterfly Park and managed to talk to a guy there. he is very experienced. Wonder whether he is in this forum as well.
