Hi,
Where can I find a list of Singapore's Extinct Butterfly list with photographs.

Some years ago,
I saw in a nature web site a photo of a Singapore butterfly listed as extinct.
I was very familiar with this butterfly when I was a kid.
It look like the lime butterfly but bigger.

Last week, while at Joo Chiat having lunch, I saw this butterfly.
I was very happy but didn't try to catch it.

I could be wrong in my observations.
So I need to look at the photos of the butterflies to confirm it.

Any help to refer me to a link/website of a list of those extince butterflies would be greatly appreciated.

Thank you.

Hi, and welcome to ButterflyPals. If you need to take a look at lots of butterflies which may or may not be extinct, then a suggestion would be to borrow the book "Butterflies of the Malay Peninsula" by Corbet and Pendlebury Edition 4. If you want to buy a copy, try the Botanic Gardens Bookshop. Otherwise a copy can be reserved from our local libaries.

Looks like Lime Butterfly, but bigger? Nothing local looks like that leh... :hmmm:
