Is this a Rapala suffusa barthema (Suffused flash) or Rapala dieneces (Scarlet flash) ?
How to tell the difference?

This a typical female Rapala dieneces.

Rapala suffusa is various shades of yellow, but the colour varies a lot in photos & can sometimes be confusing.

Yep they are indeed confusing. Both species look like they have the same underside markings.
