Saw this worn mother skipper ovipositing on the grass species Paspalum conjugatum today.

Dr Seow, is this Borbo cinnara?

Yes, it is Borbo cinnara.
Typically HW spot 2 ,3 & 6 are the most prominent as here, & there is no cellspot.
Despite the wear, the HW still shows some of the greenish ochreous scales in the centre.
