As Les noted on my Flickr photostream, this butterfly could be incorrectly identified:

The Chocolate Sailor (http://www.flickr.com/photos/angiud/5980829237/)

He suggests to ask for more confirmations :)

It is the hindwing submarginal band that has made me question the original ID of N. harita.

It is the hindwing submarginal band that has made me question the original ID of N. harita.

N. harita is the only one of 3 brown Neptis with the hindwing band catenulate ie forming a chain of 'rings'.

This plus the quadrate spot in space 2 meant this is N. omeroda.

Thank Seow. It was a previous comment of yours, a while back, on another thread that brought this to my attention. It seems I have learnt the difference, thanks to your clear explanations. I don't think I will need to refer these two on should I come across them (and H. ilira) again. Thanks once more.
