Unknown Skipper (Erionota torus)

This should be a Erionota thrax thrax

The 1st is actually the other Banana Skipper, ( Erionota torus ).
The apex is rounded and the termen (outer margin) is convex.

Here is another E. torus.
Note the perspective is distorted lower left to upper right causing the wings to be very round, but it emphasized the convex termen. The forewing curvature cause a 'notch' between the forewing & hindwing margins.

Here is Khew's shot of E. thrax in the correct perspective. Note the straight termen.

Another E. thrax. The perspective is distorted sidewise causing the body to be short and the wings to be taller. Note straight termen.

2. Outer margin of forewing termen convex

I noticed many of E. torus examples on the net have very broad wings and look confusingly different. They are females. I guess females are much more common.
