It really looks like that the front pair of legs are attached to the head, not the thorax.

Can anyone help with its ID. Its length is about 20mm.

Was IDed as Pyralidae, Pyralinae possibly in the genus Sacada by Roger (hkmoths)

This morning I went to the same plant where I saw the moth and found that it was already fungified!
